Welcome to immerse yourself in an experience of wellness on the Green River Spa!
Our Spa offers a relaxing and revitalizing experience with a variety of facilities:
Contrast Shower: The temperature and pressure variations, along with chromotherapy, balance the circulatory system and revitalize the body. Cold water stimulates circulation and tones tissues, while hot water relaxes the nervous system and muscles.
Jacuzzi (30-32 ºC): Soothes muscle pain and improves circulation. You can also enjoy the garden area with sun loungers and Balinese beds for complete relaxation.
Hydromassage Pool (28-30ºC): Features bubble beds, swan necks, a waterfall, and underwater jets for legs and feet. This pool helps relax muscles and enhance circulation.
Sauna (70-80°C): The traditional dry sauna aids in toxin elimination and strengthens the body’s natural defenses.
Steam Bath (45 °C): The steam saturates the space with tiny water droplets, providing relaxation and pleasant perspiration. It eliminates impurities from the skin and promotes elasticity.
Toning Pool (10-11°C): Ideal for creating a thermal contrast compared to other areas of the circuit. In Nordic tradition, it is used immediately after a sauna session to maximize the thermal shock.
Circuit Prices:
€25.00 per person for external guests, with a duration of 60 minutes.
Massage Program: We offer a variety of massages for your well-being:
