Types of apartments
All the apartments have a kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, electric coffee maker, kettle, microwave and water filter system for consumption; bedroom with two single beds; Bathroom with shower tray; living room with sofa bed, smartv, air conditioning and balcony or furnished terrace.
Casas Pepe has five apartments with facilities for people with reduced mobility, available on request. They have a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, an adapted bathroom and are accessible at ground level or via a ramp. 

Maximum occupancy 4 people.
Apartment with Sea Side Views
They are located on the first and second floors of all three buildings. They have a balcony with a side view of the sea. 

Apartment with balcony and views to the garden or pool
These apartments are located on the first and second floor overlooking the pool or garden in the second and third building.
Apartment with terrace
They are located on the ground floor of each of the three buildings and offer a terrace overlooking the garden or pool. 

Junior Suite

The Junior Suite offers two bedrooms (one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one single bedroom), living room/kitchen with sofa bed and Smartv flat screen TV, a toilet and terrace overlooking the garden. Located on the ground floor of the third building.

Maximum occupancy 5 people.
